| The project expanded City's "Parktowne Industrial Park" with the addition of two new streets, a sewage pump station, gravity sewer, potable water and a stormwater pond and drainage. A 20' wide 10' high "Conspan" precast bridge was also constructed on one road. The project opened over 10+ acres for future industrial development. |
