| The construction of a 7-lot “High End” industrial park for Volusia County at the intersection of I-4 and SR 44. Construction included 250,000 cubic yards of fill, a potable water system, a pump station and wastewater collection system, two stormwater lakes, two cul-de-sac streets with sidewalks, landscaping, and irrigation. The project was completed under the budget amount. |
