| Update all maps (water, sewer, drainage, etc.) with city limits and annexations within the last 2+/- years as provided by the city. Update all maps with city provided utility additions (site plans and subdivisions). Update all maps with city projects on which QLHA provided “record drawings”. Provide city staff “proof sets” for checking and making revisions when comments received from the city. Provide a CD disk with all completed AutoCAD product. Print per city request number, scale, and format of maps for city staff use. Prepare per city request “special needs” mapping such as but not limited to “5 year capital plan” mapping on paving, sidewalks, drainage, etc. along with color printing per city request format, scale, and number of copies.
