| The study area includes the City of Ormond Beach’s entire water and sewer service area. The Utility Master Plan will include the following elements: raw water supply, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and transmission, wastewater treatment, effluent disposal, reclaimed water and funding. The Plan will identify needs relative to each element and evaluate project requirements to sustain growth in the service area. Specific project recommendations, schedules, C.I.P. recommendations and planning level cost estimates will be included within the Plan. |
